A Healthcare client mandate to automate billing & claims process:
- Set up an RPA (UiPath) CoE of 3 developers to automate 10 processes in 3 months
- Integrated SQL to maintain Bot settings, PHI and PII data and huge transaction volumes. Also integrated with web applications
- Development included use of Documents Understanding and Machine Learning Models to extract unstructured data from invoices and converting them to structured data
